The Role

Lead and scale our SDR function across Asia. You’ll drive pipeline generation, coach a high-performing team, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to execute our GTM strategy.

Location: Singapore or Kuala Lumpur (hybrid/remote)

Responsibilities

Build and manage an SDR team (inbound/outbound)
Own pipeline and performance KPIs
Hire, onboard, and coach SDRs
Improve conversion rates and outreach effectiveness
Partner cross-functionally on GTM execution
Implement tools, reporting, and scalable processes

Your profile

Requirements

5+ years in SDR/BDR roles, 2+ years managing teams
Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or enterprise tech
Strong track recording pipeline generation and team performance
Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft
Familiar with data platforms (ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Comfortable in fast-paced, regulated environments
